Literally took an hour to get through the line. Was so bad people left because it took so long
The only reason this isn't one star Is because of the manager(s). But especially the older woman. She was extremely sweet and helpful! However everyone else seems miserable and rude. We get food there frequently and it's been awful recently. Orders constantly messed up, out of items, AND when we went in for our remake it also got messed up 2 times in a row (for the same order). Honestly, I love taco bell. This one has missed the mark, I will never go here again after the other day. I went inside to get some food, and there was a customer in the drive through about to get their food. After I had ordered 2 other cars came in the drive through while I was waiting. It took a half hour, to get $10 in food. Simple. I watched one of the cooks, who kept touching his phone while he had gloves on, and he didnt change them before handeling the food.
