Consistently Poor Quality and Service at This Location I am a regular Taco Bell customer and not a picky person, but my recent experiences at this location have been extremely disappointing. The drive-thru seems to be always busy when you go inside. They are serving a lot to the drive-thru so your order on the inside takes some time usually
I placed an online pickup order with an ETA of 15 minutes. It's been 40 minutes and I'm still waiting for my food. I've been told they are backed up and working on it. Meanwhile, everyone in the drive thru has been helped and the staff inside doesn't know what's going on. I tried to cancel it because I didn't have 45 minutes to stand around but the person doesn't know how to do that. It's literally 2 items. If I could give 0 stars I would.
