I pre-ordered my food, notified me my food was ready. I walked in the store, 2 people walked in after me naturally they got helped first and got their orders. I sat there for about 15 minutes after my food was allegedly ready, finally got it. They forgot my drinks so I took two empty cups and got my own drinks. Finally I make it home and they forgot the avocado sauce packet for the cantina chicken meal... I don't know what the point of ordering ahead is if people that are walking in and people that are going through the driv... read more
