Absolutely HORRIBLE service and apparently doesn't understand the meaning of "closes at 2am". I've worked in customer service for years and would never dream of behaving the way these employees have. When an order is placed at 12am for pick up, if YOU KNOW you will be out of food or closed for whatever reason you CALL the person who ordered to let them know. We showed up and waited for 10 minutes and then finally called the store to be told "Oh whoops, we close 20 minutes early once a week sorrryyyy". We cancelled the order.... read more
