I wanted to take a moment to recognize the Manager at Taco Bell off Candlers Mountain Rd. He took the time to help a customer out to his car — not because he was asked to, but simply because he wanted to. Seeing that kind of kindness and initiative really stood out to me. At that moment, I felt it was important to recognize Allen for a job well done. When we see people going above and beyond for others, those moments deserve to be acknowledged. Ordered a luxe cravings box and asked for no lettuce and extra meat on my soft taco. Instead I got a soft shell with little to no meat and I could not fold the shell due to how much lettuce was in it. It was also wet and soggy. I did not eat it. I then called the store because you cant file a complaint online and got no where other then if I drove back over and showed then they would replace it.
