Ordered a luxe cravings box and asked for no lettuce and extra meat on my soft taco. Instead I got a soft shell with little to no meat and I could not fold the shell due to how much lettuce was in it. It was also wet and soggy. I did not eat it. I then called the store because you cant file a complaint online and got no where other then if I drove back over and showed then they would replace it. The drive thru entrance is blocked by the building. Someone is going to get hit walking across to a parked vehicle. You also cannot see to exit the parking lot, now I understand why I have seen cars exit the drive thru to the right after getting their food. We had to go back in after getting food for missing items. Restaurant itself seemed halfway clean.
They have good food, and they're quick. I ordered on the website and my food was ready when I got there. I do like Taco Bell.
