Not sure why the workers are unable to call names out??? Put my order in and made sure to put dine-in. Sat down and waited for my name to be called only for me to sit there for about 10 or more minutes. I got up to see what the hold up was only to find that my food was quietly sitting on the counter to get cold. Thanks a lot. Terrible service..this has happened on multiple accounts. Maybe don't ask for a name if you aren't going to call it out. Shouldn't go back but the food is too good to leave. Fix this issue.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize the Manager at Taco Bell off Candlers Mountain Rd. He took the time to help a customer out to his car — not because he was asked to, but simply because he wanted to. Seeing that kind of kindness and initiative really stood out to me. At that moment, I felt it was important to recognize Allen for a job well done. When we see people going above and beyond for others, those moments deserve to be acknowledged.
