Not sure if it was an off day or if they got a new manager or something, because this location has never given me an issue in the past. I waited over 20 minutes for my order & it was only 3 items + a fountain drink. They didn’t have 1 of the items I ordered so they offered to replace it with something that is about half the price that I had already paid. I am genuinely done with this location. The drive-thru has been painfully slow for well over a year, and tonight was the final straw. I waited about 30 minutes just to reach the speaker, then another 10 minutes being told to wait. Forty minutes for Taco Bell is ridiculous. This is fast food, not a sit-down restaurant. What made it worse was the attitude from the employee when I questioned the wait.
