I really think Taco Bell should consider splitting the two drive-thru lines — one dedicated to online pickup and the other for regular drive-thru orders. It would make the whole process so much smoother and quicker for everyone. The way the parking lot is set up now feels poorly designed and can be frustrating to deal with. Hopefully, the owner takes this into consideration because the food and service are decent, but the layout definitely needs some common-sense improvements.

The wait was absurd. My food was almost entirely mixed up with someone else's order or just blatantly incorrectly prepared. No sauce was available in the restaurant. Do better Taco Bell
