Had a large order of 40+ items for our group of guys. The very beautiful ladies there this morning were amazing and had a great attitude. They thanked me for the mobile order and they seemed to really appreciate it. It’s rare to see when most people (especially in fast food) don’t want to work and don’t want to do orders. Everything was very neat and amazing. Thank you ladies!
Great customer service . Armunde was very polite. You could tell he took pride in his job ! My kids love taco bell so we've been to many taco bells . Best customer service ever !!!
I went through the drive-thru
Ordered the street chalupas days apart and both times the sauce was the regular creamy chipotle, not the lime Chile crema as advertised. I don't know if they're out of the sauce or if someone made a mistake twice, but it certainly wasn't the product that I ordered and expected to receive.
