great customer service, quick on the draw, with exceptional communication
Cash only in the drive thru which means 2 things 1. Something is broken (so fix it) 2. The lobby POS has a working credit card reader (walk over and use it and viola business as usual) This doesn't really bother me what pissed me off is the woman in the drive thru says "we are cash only in the drive thru, but you're welcome to come in and pay with a card in our lobby as long as you run over our 2nd window platform" Are you kidding me? They denied me service because the guy infront of me would not move forward when there was plenty of space so I could make my order as well for my son the guy in front of me got mad because I raved then beeped my horn multiple times so he could realize to move forward so I could make my order for my son the guy hopped half way out his window yelling at me in front of my son. id say even 1 is to much very disrespectful and unhelpful don’t ask me if i need any sauce and get mad because i say something through the window as they are making my drink the wrong way
