If you forgot to add something to your order in the drive through, don’t bother asking for it at the window even before paying. You’ll need to go back around and order at the speaker. Because *per the manager* “we go based off a drive through timer” and that is more important to them than a paying customer who isn’t asking for anything free… just to pay for one more item like you can do at any other drive through in America.
