Accidentally ordered feom another Taco Bell on the new app . I bought a second burrito here despite the mix-up and the manager came out to apologize for the inconvenience despite it being an app issue. He was very kind and offered me a drink while I wait for my "double" paid burrito and kept asking if I needed anything else. The level of service at Warner was VERY good and Job turned a stupid experience into an enjoyable one. A+ warner Taco Bell.
They aren't the most personable bunch, but they definitely are fast making the food and the food was good. That's what matters most.
Walked in, front counter was fun, Joe was helpful and informative. If you have OCD, you will like how the hot sauce packets are stacked. We add the extra few minutes to our drive to make it to this location.
I know it may seem crazy but JOE is the greatest fast food customer service worker of all time. His skills are amazing. So great. I felt like I went to my friends house.
