Just left this restaurant and I had the absolute most horrible service I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. I ordered a large baja blast freeze aswell as a large nacho fry. it took a while for the lady to answer and then when I got to the window she handed me a drink that was completely overflowing and dripping on me. I didn’t want to bring it into the car and get everything sticky so I grabbed one of my napkins from my car since the lady didn’t hand me any and tried to wipe it down myself. Idk who made the food tonight but they, and all the workers there tonight deserve a raise! They were super nice and quick.. the food was well made!!
Messed up entire order.
I eat taco bell maybe once every 6-8 weeks. Who doesnt enjoy a cheap taco every now and then? This location is a complete hit or miss. Either I come and get hot food, normal portions and decent service or cold food crappy portions and the service is horrid. Its never in the middle. Ive gotten to the point id rather drive to a different location.
