Extremely disappointing experience. 30+ minute wait while multiple customers who ordered after me were served first. Order was lost in the system but my card was still charged immediately. No communication until I asked staff myself. Order eventually came out after a long delay. I was given a small cinnamon dessert item as an apology, which I am allergic to cinnamon and cannot use. This is not acceptable service and I expect proper resolution from management/corporate.
Went Thursday for lunch. Food was PERFECT, order was flawless, service was stellar. So ended up going again Friday for lunch. Everything was awesome again except they forgot to give me one of the sauces and when I went back in they gave me a free taco for my next visit even though I said I wasn’t worried. Seriously the best Taco Bell with the best service. It’s Sunday and I’m still thinking about it 😂
I ordered a burrito Supreme and I got something else it had rice, chips, stuff that burrito supreme doesn't have that in it. And my friends ordered a simple burrito that didn't have much in it. And wow, the sizes are so small. I feel we spent almost$20 here. And I doubt I'll go back to that one.
