Honestly its the worst taco bell. I have tried a few times but every time its bad Even the kids hate it. Food is cold, stale, old etc. I have gotten a burrito with rice tha was hard as a rock. It clearly had been sitting out all night. I wish they had some quality control.
Check your order if you go through the drive-thru. Every.Single.Time. Food is fine here but not if they forget to put it in the bag. Reporting the issue in the app appears to do nothing; you're on your own.
Staff not interested in taking your order or assisting in any way. They have three kiosks and that is how they want you to order. I asked the gentleman at the drive through to take my order and he said he had someone in the drive thru. Unfortunately that was not true. We used the kiosk but very frustrating.
I order a vegetarian item. Plus i tell them I'm vegetarian. And there is meat in it! Twice!
