They messed up my whole entire order. I asked for beef and they put chicken in everything. I tried to call and their phones are disconnected. Never going here again
Welp…thanks for screwing up my night. I ordered 3 things. But let’s start with the frustration… as soon as I drove away to check my items, the whole bag ripped and everything fell. So i pulled over to pick up the stuff. First item ordered is A bean burro without sauce. Supposed to have cheese in it and onions. Horribly rude customer service! Nice young girl taking an order at the drive-through. They were out of an ingredient so I had to change my order and decide what I wanted. She said take your time it’s OK. When I get up to the window, a different person grabbed the phone out of my hand to scan it instead of putting the machine out the window for me to scan. I just ordered the deluxe box and my chalupa wasn’t in there I ordered the chips and cheese and there’s no cheese and my chips were spilled all at the bottom of the bag the worst part is that was my lunch for work while I work an overnight shift so I can’t leave my post this to be honest the worst night of my life I just wanted my lunch
