Didnt even put ice in my drink.....thought maybe I ordered it through the Taco Bell app incorrectly....but nope, it automatically has drinks set to "regular ice".....wanted to say something but it wasn't the most welcoming environment
Food was made quickly and accurately.
I placed an on line order and paid for my order thru the app. I get to the drive thru and was told they were not taking any orders. Explained I placed an on line order and there was silence. Pulled up to the window and was asked what I needed and I explained again to the same person that I placed an online order thru the app. Maybe they need to hire some additional workers to handle the on line order activity this was at the 5 pm hour.
This was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a Taco Bell that I can remember. It occurred on 4/12/26 at approximately 3pm Az time. I ordered a 12 pack of tacos supreme online and had them delivered to my house. After me and my family ate a few of them I noticed that they were regular tacos, not supreme. This has happened before so I drive down to the store to complain and ask them to remake the order.
