Last time l was trying to buy something from the self machine. The total is 19.16 and l swipe my gift card while l didn't notice my gift card balance has only 13.35. So l left the screen with 5.81 on and come back to my car to get my credit card and when l back the payment screen disappear and returns to the home screen. The machine swallows my 13.35 gift card balance. I contacted the customer service they said based on the terms 0 balance is not qualified for refund.
This location is the worst. Kept giving it a chance, last time there is the last time at any taco bell. Over 50 mins on a mobile order. Reached out to the store AND corporate. No response. Horrible service staff. Just about the rudest you can imagine. Save your money, plenty of other deserving businesses out there
Kylie is the absolute best. Her Energy is amazing and contagious. I was feeling a little down, but she made me smile thank you, Kylie, for being array of sunshine
