It's nothing about food but I went there for a job interview at 4:00 and they completely ignored me for about 15 minutes then I left
Order accuracy is shit here, there is ALWAYS something wrong with our order or worst missing. Missing item, missing ingredients we paid extra, improperly wrapped burrito or crunchwrap, broken taco shells and all possible combination! The only reason we come here is for the distance(on commute way), frankly taco bell food doesn't worth 20 min drive to go to next closest location! Fix it....
Walked in with not one person in the lobby and 6 cars in the drive through, I only wanted to order 1 item and get military discount but was ignored for over 5 mins, then when expressing my frustration after asking the manager to help she brushed me off as well saying to use the machine or wait for the drive through guy I stated that I have been waiting and been asking for help but getting ignored. I’ll say the food was okay could’ve been better, but every time I go through this location the workers are crazy rude. I usually order 10 minutes ahead but when I get there my food is barely being made. There freeze Baja blast machine is almost always down.
