Why does the drive thru take so long?!
I’ve been to many Taco Bell locations, but this one was really disappointing. The tortillas in both the burrito and the Crunchwrap were extremely chewy, almost rubbery. On top of that, the Crunchwrap had barely anything in it besides lettuce—very little filling overall. The quality was noticeably worse than other locations, and the food just wasn’t enjoyable. Very bad service i am waiting so long longer this food is not ready i am waiting 20 to 30 minutes
