Brought back chili cheese burritos for one month just to pull out the rug again from under your once life long customers. So out of touch, makes me sad. Headed to Sonic since they at least keep their best items on the menu. Do better.
Tells me that in the door until the time we left, it was absolutely filthy! The women’s restroom had zero toilet paper and the toilets were grossly filthy There was no one whatever to help you order, and the restaurant was freezing cold to the point where we had to leave to eat our food. Mission the mango tea never has syrup in it and needs to be washed by employees. Went to eat at 1130pm and they ran out of beef. I have never been to a Taco Bell that has no beef poor ordering on management’s end and staff seemed to be under the influence
I never post reviews, and I mean never, but I felt this experience was definitely worth mentioning. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru today, and we were being serviced by a very helpful, kind, and professional young woman.
