Gave us wrong food..and act like killing them to do anything.
I know it's taco bell so I'm not expecting much, but we went in to grab food in the area and ended up leaving after 2 minutes before even ordering. The floors were mega sticky, the smell was something gross I can't quite out my finger on, nearly every table was filthy, and the staff was nowhere to be found. We couldn't even force ourselves drive thru after seeing how unsanitary the inside was.
it is taco bell. the prices have gone way up since i was a kid. i remember when my friends and i would go to taco bell and down 69cent tacos with hot sauce until we couldn't take it. i always lost that contest
I visited the drive thru and placed an order for tacos and a nachos bell grande both with substitutions for ground beef due to being vegetarian. When I got home I realized the nachos bell grande still had beef on it. I checked the receipt and the substitution was listed correctly. Fully understandable that mistakes happen, I called the store and talked to the store manager to get a refund and he was extremely rude to me over the phone.
