My experience at this location is bad. This cashier’s talking to me as if I have to memorize the all menu and hurry up and I was the only one at the drive thru. When I asked one of them (Trace E Y) why she was mad she told me she was having trouble hearing properly. And tried to calm down. And that’s something they need to talk with the manager or the one in charge so they can fix that. This is my second time buying Taco Bell. And at least at this location it’s the last one. Went to the drive thru to place an order. The automated message asked if I was checking in and I said Yes. The guy came on and said What can I get you? I provided my check in code and he said again quickly, what can I get you? I began ordering and noticed he still hadn’t entered my code (which I thought you had to do in the beginning) I asked if he was going to enter it and he sighed heavily and tried to repeat the code but was wrong.
