The worst place ever if u wanna spoil ur day go To this place they know how to do it instead of Making the right order. I received steak instead of beans in my burrito and when I went back to the place they said we are busy we don’t know how come that happened and the fries were hard as rock u can’t even chew them. Bad customer service and bad attitude of the staff working at this Taco Bell. I assume those people don’t know how to read the receipt when they start making the orders.
Its a busy Saturday I get that, you have 5-6 employees and as I am waiting and observing (waited 45 mins for 3 drinks) hearing the manager talk bad about her customers was really upsetting and saying she’s going to lock the doors because they are busy obviously can’t manage the speed of HER customers. I think someone needs to learn how to manage that Taco Bell location because she was not fit for that position let alone how badly she spoke on her customers.
