When we walked in, a lady was complaining about her service to the manager. As we thought the employees were the problem, we soon heard the manager talking to customer about unprofessional issues, such as the workers. She discussed with a customer how she essentially couldn't stand her employees who "didn't live out here" in the area. It was a very unprofessional conversation and it made the overall atmosphere feel tense. Drive through missed two items from our order, at the window when we tried to request they fix the order, the girl went back to ask returning to say 'we don't allow add-ons at the window, you have to go around again'. Looking behind me at the 10 cars in line, I tried to explain to her that this was not our mistake and I didn't really have the time to wait in that line again, she rolled her eyes at me and walked back to her station throwing her arms in the air. We decided to go to taco bell for breakfast, first my boyfriend orders a qeusalupa, the guy working the drive through says they no longer serve those even though it was on the menu. When we got up to the window it took him a good 6 to 8 minutes to get our food, we also had to ask for our drink. He didnt say have a nice day or anything. Worst customer service weve had by far. Also half of our food was old and gross. We will be taking our buisness elsewhere.
