So it is newly renovated. Looks great! It also has mostly self service kiosks. I like that. Fast and efficient. However....once you order you have to beg for cup. The staff ignores you as you stand there. You have to try and get their attention. When you do get a cup it comes with an attitude of I-dont-have-time-for-this. Please fix this. Also, using the new bathrooms, you have to hold the handle to get water in the sink. I prefer to wash my hands while not holding a dirty valve.
I just don’t understand why they can’t just make it right. This is the 4 th time I have asked for no sour cream or bean on my order. It’s really not hard. But it seems like it is Rocket science. I waited in line for over 10 mins. It is what it is but waiting getting home to find out that it is made incorrect is beyond frustrating. So while my family eats their dinner. I’m not. Food is Taco Bell, not sure what you expect. 35-40 minutes in the drove thru though is unacceptable.....
It's Taco Bell, what do you expect? Your food hot, order correct, condiments, and bonus fir a friendly smile. This place had all three.
We drove through at this location and when we got to the window we asked to add a DLT. The employee at the window told us we couldn’t because they already had made our food, regardless of the fact that they hadn’t run our card yet. Then she closed the window after handing our food to us.
