Solid 3.5-4 From a Taco Bell fiend. Food is mostly good. My complaints are due to the limited menu. Lack of app compatibility which would make it much better. And the nachos using irregular chips that are not Taco Bell standard chips.
They have a pretty limited menu due to them being on campus. Food's good though
