I ordered 2 crunchy taco supreme, chips and cheese and pintos and cheese. I received two crunchy tacos, NOT SUPREME, and pintos and cheese, for $13. Seriously. This isn't the first time this location has messed up and order. Do better! Especially for the prices you charge.
No one seems to work the front counter. Waited 10 minutes to get handed my order which was already ready when I got here.
Stopped by on a Sun at 9pm. Ordered a burrito supreme in drive-thru. I was literally the only customer. Dining room was empty. I counted at least 4 employees besides the drive-thru guy, and I took them about 5 minutes to complete my order. It was barely warm, and consisted primarily of refried beans and soggy lettuce. Finally found a bit of meat and a couple of pieces of tomato at the end. Never again.
We came in apparently just before the lobby closed they did not tell us it was closing and the sign on the door didn't say the lobby closed at a different time than the drive through. They talked to us while we ordered our food for dine-in still didn't say anything. We waited 20+ minutes for our food and as soon as we sat down to eat it they stopped us and told us we had to leave because the lobby is closed. Literally 25 min to get my food. Staff just ignored you and didn't apologized. Other customer complained and heard the cook say maybe I should get them an application....this place sucks. The owner should feel bad
