Went through the drive through yesterday around 11:20 am, had a mobile order went to the window to pick up my food and the old gray haired lady handed me my drink which was a Baja blast that I did not order. I hate Baja blast. I politely asked her if she would get me regular zero sugar mtn dew which is what I ordered. It was her mistake and she was utterly rude and hateful because I asked her politely to switch my drink for the one I actually ordered! Hateful facial expressions and so rude! Food wasn't made nearly as well as other locations, bean burrito was just not good, tasted really tomato-y somehow? Cantina pizza was WAY more spicy than normal, and super messily built, super skimpy on beans and chicken both. Soda machine (Pepsi zero) dispenses mostly foam, had to dump foam and try again to fill cup like 7 times before I finally got it full. Just not the best taco bell I've been to. Cantina street tacos were doughy.
Nastiest place I’ve ever walked into. Roaches crawling in and out, customer service was nonexistent. I waited about 35 minutes and finally just walked out. I don’t see text bell surviving the fast food landscape if this is how they treat guests. Hopefully more people take a srand
This Taco Bell was AMAZING it tasted so good, and the food looked great (pictured down below) I would definitely come back. I would also recommend to everyone if was so good and great customer service!!!
