Usually get taco bell at this location but every day they just keep putting less things in my chalupa. Unacceptable. There was barely anything in my chalupa.
Lady kept telling us she couldn't hear us at the drive thru to speak up. But she had music playing right by her which we could hear at the drive thru speaker. So thats why she couldn't hear us. Very unprofessional. And the last time I checked lettuce doesnt come on the cheesy double beef burritos but we found lettuce in all 6 of our burritos. Will not show freaking good customer service for nothing! Rude. See people come in and will not greet, looks people right in the eyes and just continue with whatever they are doing. Could easily say hello be with you in a moment and then continue.
Incredibly kind and patient man on drive thru tonight. He was working the LINE (cooking)! and the front counter too!!! He deserves all the raises his name is Yomi :)
