4/8/26 Slow and bad quality. Y’all gotta stop over-frying the potatoes!!! The spicy potato taco is my fave and when I order ONLY potato tacos for myself, it’s so disappointing to have three tortillas filled with burnt rocks! Yuck! And please take that dude off drive thru- he cant tell the difference between MILD and FIRE sauce
The worst Taco Bell in Billings. Y’all need to hire a new crew, and try start over. The customer service is always horrible. Food is never all there or put in there nice. They genuinely hate doing what they’re paid to do.
Poor management and staff. They close 30 minutes early.
Every time I go here the food I get is cold literally like 4 times in a row middle of the day
