this tacobell was extremely unprofessional, we were left waiting for just about two hours and decided to entertain ourselves (far from the speaker) of the drive thru and we played music in the car which led other cars in the drive thru line to stay and enjoy their time waiting for their food (which was more than two hours). a car in front of us ended up falling asleep and due to us being good civilians we woke them up and helped out the line of people that were behind us and were hungry. afterwards we got reprimanded for doi... read more
The main issue is the mobile pickup service. I order through the app to avoid waiting, but every time I still have to wait 10–15 minutes after arriving. Sometimes, they only start making my order after I tell them I placed a mobile pickup order. The staff should have mobile orders ready around the promised pickup time so customers can simply pick them up without waiting. Worst Taco Bell ever honestly workers were very rude to me and my boys came the other day to this same one and the other shift worker were the same way trash.
Fast food what can you say.
Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant without a doubt. But this service is beyond OUTRAGEOUS. I have been waiting nearly two HOURS for my order and there is zero end in sight. Order from LITERALLY any other location because this one will hold your order hostage.
