There are 6 employees behind the counter and only one person is making food, they are way behind I've been here for half an hour, the lobby is totally filthy and I heard the employee say that the lobby was clean and that she hopes it stays that way.
I was served by Chris at the brewerton road location. His customer service was excellent I was greeted at the drive through with respect and enthusiasm even during a late night rush. Would definitely come back!
They seriously need to cut hours to this location until they can find enough employees to work. Sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes before reaching the speaker, then waiting another 15 minutes for someone to take your order and THEN waiting ANOTHER 20 minutes to get to the window, and then waiting another 10 minutes to get your food is RIDICULOUS!! This happens every time I go there!!! They need to do something about this location.
Waited 25 minutes inside for my order- one taco and nacho fries. Multiple people left ahead of me without their food, and the drive thru was barely moving. There were tons of staff in the kitchen, but only a few seemed to be working on food. Absolutely insane, never seen a Taco Bell managed so poorly.
They messed up at least 3 things in our order, the main one being that we're vegetarian, and they gave us beef instead of beans, when we specified beans only. Didn't offer anything to compensate. The potato taco wasn't good, the potatoes seemed very old.
