I’m pretty disappointed with my experience at this location. Unfortunately, this also isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. This time, my order was missing the sauces I asked for, I wasn’t given any napkins, and they completely forgot my drink. On top of that, the fries I received were cold. I went inside the lobby to get the missing items taken care of, but the employees I interacted with were very dismissive and came across as rude. I didn’t check in with the app because I had no rewards and figured I’d just scan the receipt. But nooooo, an employee scanned my receipt and took the points for themselves🤓 goofy. Never again. If they stoop that low, wonder what else they do. You already get free food for working there, so why take my points?????? Pissed the hell off.

So on 2 separate occasions I've had issues with my orders, one time my burritos stuck to the wrappers because they must've put them in the microwave in the wrapper before giving them to me and tonight I orders the supreme nacho dip and it was made with just beans and cheese and watery tomatoes it was nothing like a dip more like a runny soup and absolutely gross. It's suppose to have beef, beans, cheese and nachos cheese, pico, and sour cream.

Horrible service and no help at all. Tried to bill me twice for others orders and didnt even show me what my order was gonna cost when i was ordering something new i saw online. laughed at as the window worker had a temper tantrum
