Yesterday there was way more business than I expected. I didn't expect that and I became a little frustrated. I came in an Uber that was waiting to take me to my final destination. Waiting longer than 5 minutes costs the rider more money. Not Uber's fault, just their policy.
No one ever answers the phone it’s always busy. When you get there you let them know you tried calling and their response is so what we are busy. So customer service 0 rating. If your service is poor try making up for it with outstanding food. Unfortunately food quality chicken was under cooked and could get someone sick. I tried calling to let them know I was placing a big order for the hospital but doing a $200 order wasn’t a big deal and more annoying to your staff because they had to cook it.
