This place is nasty. Staff has been the worst over the last 3 years! Can't even answer me with clear English but yet has the mouth to talk back rudely! Chalupas always stale cold and not fresh! Last 3 times I even tell them to please make sure it's fresh! Drove away w cold stale chalupa. Called to speak to manager he claims his name is John! Mr Jose you weren't born yet when I would buy chalupas so iam sure I know how chalupas are supposed to be! Will be filing complaint to the back office.

I totally disappointed, the staff was very distracted, but when it comes to the lady in charge, she made my order and took an eternity, and when I she bring my order to the countertop she’s not even mentioned about my drinks and when I ask for more salsas she just turn around ignoring me in a rude way, I had to ask to the guy who’s attending the window drive thru which it was more farther than her and he gave me my drinks, otherwise I could be waiting in the forever, what a shame, I hope they talk to this lady and put and ex... read more

The woman with the headset ignored me FOUR times, got mouthy with a different customer, then ignored me again until I finally had to yell across the restaurant after ten minutes of waiting to pay for a kiosk order in cash. Told her to cancel it and that her customer service sucks. She needs to be fired if you want repeat business.
