Go in the morning shift, you’ll get an older Caucasian lady, or a Hispanic female. Go through that drive thru and you’ll see. When you drive off you’ll wonder if there’s spit in your food. Even if you ask for extra napkins.
Open late
You should really cater to the older generation when ordering. The older generation is not tech savvy and it takes them a long time to order from the kiosk, because they do not know how to use it. I, as a customer dint like waiting when i am on a short lunch. You are taking away the customer service part of the visit. There needs to be a human taking orders also.
Not the place it used to be. It's impossible to use the kiosk tablets, the new crew is just going through the motions and doesnt care about speed or service. I think this new business modle they have has made me write them off as a place to eat. And this is after 30 years of loyalty to the place
