I am beyond frustrated with this Taco Bell location. This was not just a bad experience — it was completely unacceptable, and unfortunately, it’s not the first time this has happened. I sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged. When someone finally came on the speaker, instead of a simple apology or professionalism, I was met with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. Shout out to NAY! Her and her co workers last night were amazing! I do door dash and pick up from here often. I picked up shortly before 11pm so I saw that they were already short staffed and packed with orders. I got a stacked order afterwards and knew it would a long wait because of being short staffed and the lobby now being closed. I hop in the drive thru and message my customers to make them aware I did have to wait for a looooooong time BUT there were only 2 workers and their line was crazy long. Hello I went to taco for a door dash order last night around 1:40am. There were TWO workers behind the counter. They were stressed out so much and all I know is that Nay was AMAZING she has GREAT customer service even when she is stressed out. She helped me and my mother out and sadly we had to go through the drive through because our taco bell lobby closes at 11. We waited for 1 hour for 2 orders but that is okay! She was doing her best and on task. Shout out to Nay!
Unprofessional and they take waaaaaaaay too long.
