Gray provided the best customer service ever! I truly could tell that he was the manager on duty! When the front counter staff called for help he instantly stopped what he was doing and assisted me and others! I use to be a GM so I recognize when leadership is making an impact with employees and guests. I must say I am impressed he definitely have Area Leader or Regional Leader potential I hope Taco Bell realizes it! Best service ever! This is MY 3RD TIME COMING HERE AND WILL BE MY LAST. Every single time I come, my order is wrong. I simply can't take it anymore! I was charged for things that I never even got! I rather drive an extra 10 minutes than keep coming back to a place that won't give me what I pay for. This is literally the worst Taco Bell I've been to.
