I went through the drive thru, ordered 2 bean burritos. There was 2 cars in front of me. For some dumb reason when I get to the window I pay for the food and they asked me to drive around to the front and they would bring my food to me. There was nobody behind me so not sure why they did that. I pull around to the front and wait 20 minutes, they never brought my 2 bean burritos out. It was alright not gonna complain. I used the kiosk but didn't get a receipt so I was worried my order didn't go through . While I waited some guy came in because his online order was wrong ( burned potatoes) overall I just think I low key dislike taco bell , haven't left the restroom since last night
They are so lazy at this location. Orders are always incorrect or missing something. Today while speaking with “Management” I had asked about placing 2 orders when going through the drive-thru and was told that’s ok by “Sam”. When I went through they told me I need to come into the store to have 2 orders. Why would I come inside if I’m in the drive thru. Dudes lazy and they need to be held accountable. Wonder how the numbers are doing for this store? If they had better service then more customers would eat here.
