This Freeport location has dropped off since first opening. They messed up my order in the drive through and wanted me to come inside because I was holding up the line. Customers are more important than your silly little timers! When you mess up, don't ask customers to come in or go back around to the drive through again! Also, the rice in their bowl is the worst! Dried up old grains. As you can see from the smug response from the owner, the main problem here is probably poor management.
If you rise prices on food, keep the quality they counted pick avery little piece of tomato and lettuce... damn
