Walked in and the staff just stared at me while I waited for my order to be taken. They did nothing for several minutes, just started and kept shuffling things. There were at least 3 people up front working/doing nothing but staring. And there was only 3 cars in the drive thru so it’s not like they were swamped. Weird aura weird energy terrible service
I stopped by on my way home from a 12 hour shift. This was my favorite Taco Bell in Austin, and I frequent this store quite a bit. I was asked if I wanted to round it up 88 cents and I said no. I got a poopy attitude and a mess in my bag, unwrapped properly tacos. This store lost a long time customer today! If she doesn’t like her job maybe she should work elsewhere. This was a bad way to end a long day!
I stopped by the Taco Bell on Brodie in Austin with my two-year-old son, and I was pretty disappointed to find out that the chicken item we wanted and the new Chicken Bacon Ranch tacos I had been excited to try were already off the menu. I still think Taco Bell changes menu items way too often, and it can make ordering feel frustrating and unpredictable. That said, the staff here handled it really well.
