Terrible service. One of my worst fast food experiences. Lost my online order. Had to resubmit. Only one in dining room. Order done 30 minutes after promised time. Every single item of six items, except the cheese dip, was screwed up. They didn’t even look at the requested ingredients and gave us six chips for the dip. Eleven angry people were waiting overtime in the dining room when we left, and the manager was threatening to throw somebody out who was complaining and filming this screwed up mess of a business.
I enjoy coming here as the food is excellent in Taco Bell standards but the service is always slow, I place an order online 30 minutes in advance and 10 minutes after it's ready to be made they clock it out as "done" I get here and they haven't even started on it claiming they didn't get it having to recall the order.
There was only one employee working and she refused to take my order. Why don’t you shut down the store then if you have one employee?!! Complete waste time of driving there.
I wanted to leave this review to specially shout out Jeffrey. His customer service was stellar, and he has me laughing & smiling. Truly went above and beyond. Also, the food here is always such a consistently good quality.
