This location was 5 stars about a year ago, recently the speed, accuracy, and quality has fallen off a cliff. I’m a Taco Bell loyalist, and usually go once a week. Sad to see this location go in the wrong direction. Constantly waiting for my order even when there’s only 1 or 2 other customers, always missing at least one item and not having any modifications honored such as removing sour cream, and last time my burritos weren’t even wrapped, just a mess when I opened them. Understaffed and take +40 mins for an order
Sunday evening (08/17) at approximately 7:00PM, we decided to come through Taco Bell drive thru and I cannot express to you the disappointment in service we received. The receipt had a cashier name of "Sheila B" on it. While ordering, all she replied to us with was, "what else? what else? what else?" and then when I said that will be all, I got a "next window".
