Order 3 tajin taco and didnt get any of the tajin seasoning packets...isnt that the whole point? 60% of the time going here they screw up my order somehow. Thanks.
At this point, this location has become consistently disappointing. This isn’t about one bad order or one employee having a bad day we’ve had multiple bad experiences here, particularly with mobile orders being incorrect and the drive-thru taking an unreasonable amount of time. Our most recent visit was the final straw. My wife pulled up to the speaker, answered their initial question, and told them she had a mobile order. I understood that they were busy and I waited until I got to the intercom. The gentleman told me to wait, which I did, but after 10 plus minutes of waiting and the car's in front of me were gone. I wondered if he just forgot that I was there, but when I went to the window, he told me that he didn't get my order and he told me to wait, instead of taking my order right there, he then proceeded to tell me to drive back around to the order screen.
