Tried to order food but it was too close to closing time. Guy spoke to me on intercom then went silent for 2 minutes and then informed me they just closed...... wow

I ordered through the drive thru, had to repeat myself three times of what I wanted then went up to the window and had to repeat myself again as they didn’t get my order. They then asked me to pull up to wait for my order. They come out with my bag completely open, hand me my order and And I’m missing nacho cheese sauce, and no napkins. I asked him about it and they told me that they didn’t charge me for it. The point is listen to what your customers order and make it right.
