I ordered a simple Crunchwrap. SIMPLE. By the time it reached my hands, it looked like it had seen war. That thing was folded like someone tried origami for the first time and gave up halfway through. The guy at the counter said “my bad” but in the tone of someone who absolutely was not sorry. I was charged at the kiosk, then told payment failed and to pay at the counter. My app confirmed the order went through, but when I showed this to the first employee, she dismissed me, told me to “take it up with the bank,” and threw up her hands saying she was on break — while the lobby was packed with customers waiting for food. I waited through her break hoping someone else would help. We were the only people in the dining room and it took too long for the food. When we got it, it was a mess! I understand a little bit of cheese and lettuce here and there but there was sloppy meat all over the outside of the wrappers. My hubby’s burrito was not even rolled into a burrito shape and the meat was all over the wrapper.
