Don't go through the drive thru if you are in a hurry because it's not fast. I sat there behind one vehicle after I ordered my 2 items for 15 minutes. The one vehicle before me had $39 worth versus my $5 order. The person running the drive thru didn't apologize for the wait nor did they ask the vehicle that ordered that much to pull ahead so they could get to the long line of ppl waiting. Taco Bell needs to do better. They can ask ppl who order a lot of food to pull ahead so they can get to the other ppl who have only a coup... read more

The staff is very rude! Especially when taking someone’s order while in dine in they complain constantly about making someone’s order. Staff seems to be all over the place and talking more then working. I love Taco Bell but this will be the last time I come here until the service is better along with the employees.
Literally just left and I opened my food to an uncut quesadilla. Seriously? Do you just throw the food in the bag? Like come on dude, at least TRY to do your job
