Service is horrible here.. Waiting in drive thru line for 25 minutes now
worker cheyenne was very rude about a coupon for a taco because we did not tell her we had it at the window, i think this is very unnecessary and very poor customer service
My son and I went inside to order and that was a bad idea and I won't do it again in the future. They would not take our order at the counter and made everyone inside use the kiosk. You don't get a paper receipt through the kiosk which I wanted. The Baja blast was only coming out carbonation and I let them know but they didn't restock it so we had to drink something else which my son was looking forward to the Baja blast and lastly they were completely out of mild sauce. Today I was greeted at the Drive thru by Sam, the closing manager. I totally screwed up my order trying to be fancy and order online, and Sam made it all good - saving me from a little kid melt down in my back seat! THANK YOU SAM!! The service was great, the food was hot and my mistake was fixed. Thankful for Sam going above and beyond tonight.
There was a stunning service lady with strawberry blonde hair. She was so polite and helped when my order was messed up. Will definitely be back!
