Went in there yesterday took about 30 minutes for our food there was a poor kid sitting there for an interview at 3:00 and then was told at 3:45 to come back tomorrow at 3:00 because they were too busy after the manager of this place ignored him and let him sit in the corner for 45 minutes.. my daughter and I were waiting for our drinks the manager looked right at us and walked past us like we weren't even there. I would give it a -5 on the stars. They roll there eyes at when you ask for something they dont have because they dont know how order. Dont say there out of it pops on the fountain and got an attuide when letting them know it was out. The chicken chalupa is rock hard cant eat the shell I am very unsatisfied and will not be back to this toco bell they push the you order so they dont have to do nothing and they where not busy only one person in side and no one at drive through.
March 10th 2026, about 10:00 to 10, I ordered the $9 Discovery Luxe Box feat the crispy cantina chicken Street chalupas; this store then delivered perfection in Taco Bell. Thank you, bless you.
I door dash on weekends and every time I get an order for Taco Bell I cringe! The staff are rude and unprofessional. Orders consistently made wrong with missing items. Their drink carriers are flimsy. I never get a single order on time. So if you are going to order door dash in Hillsdale and want your food right and on time I urge you to order from anywhere else.
I can’t even begin to pay sit down restaurant prices for fast food! 13.75 for a taco and burrito supreme small drink! I won’t be eating there again
