Tonight was a night I won't forget. My wife and I stopped in to get some food. We prepaid with my taco bell app then made our way to the drive thru. My wife spoke and let the employee know we were picking up an online order for Ken. It took a couple of minutes because they could not find our order. We drove up to the pick up window. At drive thru on Saturday night 3a.m. 5/16/26 Saw 1 female employee sitting and eating in lobby Drive thru backed up by 14 cars They answered I'll be with you in a minute and never came back I was trapped in line for 34 minutes!!!!! Lady said she was only one making food When I saw another employee taking a break on a Fri or Sat should NEVER be allowed from 1am til 330 am She cost us money !!! Apr 21 at 10:04 PM Hi. I've left bad reviews once or twice about taco bell. I am very displeased with my service tonight. I would've left another bad review on this location if I could've. These burritos cost $3.49. The jalapeños to add are $0.70 each. I got 3 jalapeño slices in all of my burritos. That means I'm paying 23 cents for each jalapeño circle ?? Portions very underwhelming.
