This location is the best one in Fort Wayne, it's always clean and the food is nicely prepared, and the employees are super nice!!
Self kiosks not operable and no one comes to the front to take an order. After a while just left.
Food and Customer "NO" Service were absolutely awful today. Ordered with kiosk and never heard our name called so our food sat on the counter for 5+ minutes. I mentioned to the manager that somebody needs to watch the counter and if food isn't picked up they should call the name again and/or turn the music down so people in the dining area can hear their names called! The restaurant is clean and we'll maintained. The folks at the counter do a good job getting your order to you so you can eat and enjoy some AC.
