Hello. I want to write about the people who work here on the second shift (a man and a woman). Their behavior towards people is absolutely terrible. I complained about them, but it had no effect. Their management probably enjoys it when their workers humiliate their customers and treat other people's work with disdain. People never do this in America. I'm shocked. I came through the drive through on 9/18/25. The cashier who's name is Christina S. Was very rude. I felt rushed when ordering them when I got to the window and had asked if I could remove something from my order and replace it with something else she said I would have to come all the way through drive through again. She got my order complety wrong so I'm glad I ended up wanting to remove something from my order. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong with what I had ordered. She lacked any type of customer service skills!
