$1.30 to switch out Cinnamon twist for chips and cheese? Which used to be free, what a literal joke. ALSO they ask questions in deceptive ways to get you to pay for extras. Order a box, they won’t ask “would you like to add chicken?” They say “chicken ok?” Like yeah chicken is ok, the chicken it comes with, I don’t want to add for additional. It’s all designed to maximally nickel and dime you.
Great driver through staff
Every time we’ve ordered from here there is always an issue, either it’s the food or the customer service where the staff have bad attitudes. The harassment to add on for additional charges is beyond annoying too. Tonight is the last time we’ll be going here. I ordered a CHICKEN quesadilla, he asked me if I wanted to add sour cream, which I already declined on the other two meals, I said no, a plain quesadilla.
