The service at this location was absolutely disgraceful — and frankly, discriminatory. I’ve never experienced such blatant disrespect and mockery from a staff so uninterested in doing their jobs. The woman at the drive-through literally shushed me like I was an inconvenience, then stood around laughing with her coworkers instead of resolving the issue or starting my order. Pamela was our cashier was our cashier at the drive through but the female that took out order and she was so friendly and nice. Loved her energy and she said hi to my dog even though he was being a menace which was fun.
Pick up in lobby, watched first that no one was working the line for lobby/online orders. Then, watched a single employee casually stock lettuce, then tortillas. Then orders after mine were filled. I asked what the hold up was, I had been waiting about 15 minutes at this point, only to be told only one person was working that line.
