Taco bell on 176th tscoma by frankison's road Walk in went the touch screens to order our food. Sat down waiting for our food. It was like sit out side it was so dam cold inside it's are weather time here in tacoma Washington I pay to come inside eat in a fast food place i should be comfortable inside and not freeze my butt off. I went up to the counterinstated that was so cold in the the seating area. And the gal just stated that we have no control of it.
