Absolute worst, most demeaning customer service that me or my father have ever experienced. I had been eating here for years. On multiple occasions, I had witnessed the manager being rude, and outright aggressive, to various customers over the years, guess I didn't really let myself think much of it... Don’t DoorDash through em, can’t “pick up through drive thru” and “has problems on their end.” Haven’t even ate the food I’m sure it’s cold and nasty cause it been a hour and a half. No idea what they do over there but it ain’t right
Very disappointed with this Taco Bell location! You aren’t greeted when you enter the building, you don’t have anyone to take your order! You use a kiosk with no assistance even if you ask! Then I got our food which was 2 of the $7 box meals and they didn’t have the boxes so it was out in a bag all together! They could at least separate the meals into an individual bag of its own, then when I asked if they could separate the meals I was told they marked each taco so I could tell what was what! Really?
