Sounds like more of the same based on prior reviews. I tried my takeout Mexican pizza when I got home and the crust was sour/bad. Called for a resolution, but a young lady said she was a manager would not offer options and did not give me her name and hung up on me ! Avoid this location , I should have read all the crappy reviews on here !!

Worst taco bell I have seen there are more than 5 people in the back and no one is taking care of customers and they just sit and talk I waited for more than 25 min To speak with one of the employee. They never care who is coming and who is going that too when the store was not at all busy I left the store with out ordering food I wish there the staff or owners might should be replaced
Worst service in the history of Taco Bell. I’ve been ordering from Taco Bell in multiple states for over 20 years. First time I got yelled at and told I couldn’t order what I’ve ordered hundreds of times before. Drive thru, bean burrito, no onions, extra cheese PLUS sour cream. This Bell? The manager Denise was very helpful to us! We had issues with rewards and she handles it very easy and got us our food. Very kind people who work here and a good Taco Bell!
