Went in and waited. 2 dudes there didn't say anything. Waited for 5 mins asked if they could take my order. Dude said use the kiosk. Someone else came in and asked the same thing. He immediately stopped what he was doing and took his order. Both were doing nothing the entire time.
Absolutely ridiculous drive-thru experience. I placed an order online and selected drive-thru pickup. When I got to the pickup window, the employee told me I needed to drive back around to the ordering kiosk and give them the name on the order. So I did exactly that. And here’s the best part: the person speaking to me at the ordering kiosk was the SAME employee who had just spoken to me at the pickup window. Seriously? The guys working were pleasant and professional however I did not have a good experience with my food. The flavor was off and my one taco was soggy and I'm not sure what was on the inside. Thankfully my daughters soft taco supremes were fine and she enjoyed them.
