Gross this was a huge disappointment this was supposed to be a nacho bell grande what is this? I would not go to Versailles Taco Bell again I’d drive to another town than to eat this crap
I asked Nathan to put my cheese on the bottom, so it doesn't fall off, his response "I can't that isn't how it comes" so then Nathan gives me almost no cheese.. I'm not sure what Nathan's problem is, but I also work in food service, if he doesn't like his job he should get a new one!!!
Morning manager I believe his name is Nathan needs a lesson in customer service. Believe me I’ve been in the business for 45 years. Having a bad day welcome to the food industry get over it or get out of it . Customer is always right or at least let them believe they are. Sorry nature of the game . You need customers to come back end of story.
Everything in our order was correct, which I cannot say about our local place. And service was fast.
