This is the 2nd time I've went to the drive thru this week and I have gotten the worse service and worst food possible. Whoever is working up there as manager needs to do something about night shift. I told the window worker my order was wrong, he fixed it so I thought then I get home to still find the problem not fixed. Also was told my order was $39 at the drive thru then got to the window and randomly it's $50 I asked why did my total increase and he pushed buttons on the screen just to tell me my original price. It's just ok.
Paid for extras on my items and did not receive them. Called back to let them know and the guy did say comeback and ask for certain person to fix issue but im driving trucks couldn't go back
I love coming to Taco Bell on Leonardwood. I drive from Lawrenceburg to Frankfort because this Taco Bell is clean, fast, has superior management, and always delivers a hot delicious meal. Over the years they have been consistent. The afternoon/evening manager is the best. He's super helpful. The crew is always clean and polite. Love this Taco Bell!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST TACO BELL!!! Last time the food was hard and old and nothing inside, missing food also. My husband decided to try again and this time the food was just as nasty missing both chalupas,No ice at all and no straws .. So done with Taco Bell
