Picked up two mobile orders for myself and a friend in the drive through. Gave them both names and they made us pick up my order and then DRIVE AROUND THE DRIVE THRU A SECOND TIME to pick up my friend’s. This was at 8pm, no other cars in the drive thru. What??
Order placed at kiosk for dine in on Monday, March 17, took 30 minutes for staff to complete order, looks like staff is geared toward drive through ordering, and not in store kiosk.
