I’m about sick of this Taco Bell. Corporate needs to pop up on them because why does it always seem like half the time I go, they don’t have large cups? On top of that, the damn chalupa shell was ridiculously hard/crunchy. The only thing they have going for them at this point is the fact that the employees are good (in my opinion). I took a video of me breaking off the shell, but can’t upload video so I took a screenshot of it.

Why would you put my pizza UNDERNEATH everything in my bag? $75 worth of food, all on top of this pizza. So much for my toppings🫣
Paid extra for sour cream and asked for them to add more due to the amount. The employee was about to help and the manage refused to assist because it’s the amount max for the container. The way she said it was what made the experience horrible.
The cook, started yelling and cursing from the kitchen towards me, and in front of management. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
