Incredibly rude, I should have check the reviews before going there.
This location is hit or miss, ordered tonight and most of food was decent. Ordered a cantina burrito and the tortilla was very stale and coming apart, chicken was dark and very tough and dry as well. Also did not get the sauce ordered and on receipt.
I never post reviews , but this place is bad enough to make me want to. The food is made poorly, the staff isn’t well trained, one of the managers was efficient but it’s prob one of the worst run Taco Bell fast food chains I have experienced. And for a place like in Flowermound, you would think it is run much better.
