Me and my husband stopped to grab a quick bite, as we were eating I watched an employee, Sheka (probably not spelling her name correctly), assist multiple older customers who were struggling with the ordering screens. She did so with such kindness and patience and such amazing customer service deserves a shoutout!
Who works here? How hard is it to not put tomatoes on things also, why were the fries cold?
Only exact change, no frozen drinks available, machines broken or “not cold enough “ polite staff though.
My chalupa shells were stale, and there was no carbonation for sodas. Which I only found out after I paid for my meal. The tea I had to get was not good at all.
