The food itself was typical Taco Bell. At it and had stomach pains within 15 minutes (this was some weeks before the recent lettuce problems) so just typical Taco Bell reactions. However, the women working the drive-thru around midnight was incredibly friendly. I put a lot of emphasis on customer service so seeing employees like that, especially when so many fast-food workers are either extremely rude or utterly lifeless, was a nice change.
Long time customer and the service here has been incredible lately. I’m not sure what has changed, but the employees are so fun and welcoming. They put a smile on my face when I come thru!!
Franchise owner removed the ability to substitute meats in the app. You can't even remove a meat.
Again…. “Where’s the beef?” Quick service hot food but so little meet in the tacos! Now only going to Taco John’s, they give you a beef taco not vegetarian taco.
