Tonight's visit was so disappointing. I got extra charge because I wanted to have some steak on my tacos yet there was no protection given to my tacos as I did not get a sleeve for my dorito taco. Also I didn't get steak that was extra charged on my burrito.
This place is filthy. Not just “we got busy and didn’t have time to wipe down tables” dirty. Every surface looked disgusting. The front counter looked awful. The tables were all dirty (no customers in the place), the door to the kitchen looks like it has never been cleaned. I am glad they don’t have a bathroom, I can only imagine what that would look like. And, they got my order wrong. If I was a manager here, I would be embarrassed. Avoid this place at all cost.
I waited 15 minutes for any acknowledgement that I was there and the whole time i waited for the food I watched a worker be disrespectful to another coworker for no reason
