It's not fair that you have to pay more if you don't have the app, or your phones dead, the app is having issues.
The average wait time is 20 minutes on the DRIVE THRU. Then you get to wait in the parking lot for them to bring out your cold food. AI drive through menu is definitely a downgrade. And it got my order wrong. Downgraded my review from 3 to 1 star. The AI menu is HORRIFIC!!!! Drive to Medford for the Bell!
Food good. Coffee was not hot.. Cup was not full. Nearly an inch and a half from the top. Asked for more coffee in the cup and was told thats all you get with thier coffee pods. Clean restaurant. I overheard employees saying they hoped it would rain so people would stay in. Over all, they appeared nice. Id come here again, just not for coffee. Great mountain view. Super quiet early Sunday. Nice place to think and relax early Sunday
A great place. My nephew, Tristan Pratt has been there since 2022, and is actually progressing and growing each day.
