I ordered a drive thru just a little while ago, 4 tacos NO LETTUCE, 2 quesadillas and some extras... The guy read it back and emphasized no lettuce on the tacos. One person was waiting for their food when i pulled up, nobody else, so it wasn't busy at all. I get my order, drive home, and open 4 tacos with what appears to be EXTRA lettuce and it's smooshed into the meat, basically ruining my 4 tacos.
